Brentwood Development – Houston, Texas
The Brentwood Development is a 600-acre horizontal, mixed-use development for a master-planned community comprised of commercial parcels and mainly residential finished lots that will be sold to any national homebuilder. The tract is strategically located between major intersections of Interstate 10, U.S. Highway 90, Texas highway 36and main lines for BNSF Railroad and the Union Pacific Railroad.
The Brentwood Development is the only tract to be in the Austin County Municipal Management District No. 1. With the benefit of the MMD, we can initiate horizontal construction around Q1 of 2026. The project is comprised of around 311 acres allocated towards residential where we can develop around 1,426 lots. We have allocated around 15 acres for a multi-family site where we plan to build garden-style apartments or a build-to-rent community. We have approximately 28.4 acres that will be used for commercial use as it will be frontage to Interstate-10.
