Location: Hutto, TX (Austin MSA)
Description: 114-acre mixed-use development with 160 single-family homes, 120 townhomes, 12 acres of multifamily development, and 16 acres of commercial development. This project is being sold to Pulte, a national homebuilder.

Description: This 171-acre parcel offers 563 lots for residential development. It is a subdivision with 55-ft and 60-ft residential lots being sold to David Weekley Homes, Ashton Woods, K.Hovnanian, and Brightland (formerly Gehan).

Description: This 76-acre mixed-use development project will include 218 townhome lots, 10.4 acres of multifamily, and 7.6 acres of commercial development.
